Contract Clause for Peerless Etiquette Services All payments made to Peerless Etiquette are **non‑refundable and non‑transferable**. By enrolling in any service, program, or mentoring experience, the Client acknowledges that their purchase reserves dedicated time, preparation, and resources that cannot be reassigned once booked. The Client agrees to **arrive on time and fully prepared** for each scheduled session. Sessions begin and end at the appointed time; late arrivals do not extend the session. Missed or unattended sessions are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled unless otherwise stated in writing by Peerless Etiquette. Peerless Etiquette, under the guidance of Mrs. Benjamin, provides education, mentoring, and refinement services designed to support personal and professional development. While every effort is made to offer high‑quality, intentional guidance, the Client understands that results vary based on individual participation and circumstances. Therefore, Peerless Etiquette shall not be held liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from the Client’s participation in the program or the application of the material provided. By entering into this agreement, the Client affirms that they understand these terms and accept full responsibility for their participation, conduct, and personal results. This clause is intended to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a professional, protected working relationship.
